Replace the 50-ton chiller and all associated controls at Building NH-30, including removal of the existing unit and installation of a new chiller system with all required connections, integrations, and functional components. Work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the full replacement in accordance with project specifications. Only MACC contractors authorized under NAVFAC Mid-Atlantic Contract Nos. N4008524D2508, 2509, 2510, 2511, and 2512 may submit a proposal for this effort. Location: Naval Support Activity Norfolk, 1530 Gilbert St., Norfolk, VA 23511. In accordance with FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000 Pre-Propsal Inquiries (PPIs): Offerors who determine that the technical and or contractual requirements of this RFP require clarification(s) in order to permit submittal of a responsive proposal shall submit all questions in writing. PPIs must be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist, Erik Cole, at erik.w.cole2.civ@us.navy.mil with a cc to the Contracting Officer, Kate Arnold, at kathryn.l.arnold3.civ@us.navy.mil. The cutoff for PPIs is 14 days prior to proposal due date in order to process all inquiries by the proposal due date. Additionally, all inquiries shall be submitted using the PreProposal Inquiry (PPI) form (Attachment F). Do not submit the same inquiry more than once.
