Base Bid 6th Street Reconstruction from Columbus Street to Corn Street includes removal and replacement of roadway, driveway and sidewalk pavements; removal and placement of water mains and services, sanitary sewer mains and services, and storm sewer mains along 6th Street between Columbus Street and Corn Street in West Liberty. Corn Street from 6th Street south to midblock will be reconstructed without utility improvements. Farmer Lane from 6th Street north to 7th Street will be reconstructed with water main improvements. Additional main improvements are proposed along 6th Street from Columbus Street west to Spencer Street. Project includes phasing, grading, turf restoration, and other miscellaneous work to complete the project. Project shall be awarded to Base Bid.
