The City's is seeking a qualified and competent Contractor(s) to provide all labor, equipment, materials and all incidentals for foundation construction/site preparation for placement of a fire training building . Questions shall be submitted via email, fax or hard copy and shall be received by the question and clarification deadline stated above and on page 1 in the Solicitation Document (or as may be amended by Addenda). All answers to questions submitted will be published and answered in a manner that all bidder will be able to view. WAIVER OF RIGHTS.
