Scope of Work Martin County is seeking proposals from qualified firms to perform Construction Management and Inspection Services for the Port Salerno / New Monrovia Septic-to-Sewer Project, requiring one (1) full-time Field Inspector and one (1) part-time Construction Manager. The project will serve approximately 952 parcels with sanitary sewer utilizing a vacuum-assisted gravity system. The Engineer of Record will perform all Construction Administration, Construction Engineering, Startup/Training, and Project Closeout duties. This solicitation is strictly for construction management and on-site inspection services supporting the Engineer of Record (EOR). Prohibited Communications. The Cone of Silence prohibits any communication regarding a RFB, RFP, RFQ or other competitive solicitation between any bidder (or its agents or representatives) or other entity with the potential for a financial interest in the award (or their respective agents or representatives) regarding such competitive solicitation, AND any County Commissioner or County employee, selection committee member or other persons authorized to act on behalf of the Board including the County's Architect, Engineer or their subconsultants, or to provide a recommendation to award a particular contract, other than Purchasing Division staff (pur_div@martin.fl.us). The Cone of Silence shall be in effect from the time of advertisement until contract award. Such communication shall result in disqualification.
