The project involves the rehabilitation of 8-inch, 10-inch, 12-inch, and 15-inch sewers using cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) and associated lateral lining; partial replacements of 8-inch, 10-inch, 12-inch, and 15-inch sewers with wyes; installation of replacement 8-inch sanitary sewers; rehabilitation of 48-inch diameter manholes using manhole lining and replacement of manhole risers; bypass pumping as required, and associated site restoration. Bidders are required to obtain complete sets of Drawings and Contract Documents, submit bids on the provided Bid Form, and include all information requested by Indiana Form 96 (Revised 2013) with a financial statement. Bid security is required as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders are responsible for inspecting the project site and being thoroughly familiar with the Bid Documents. Bids must be irrevocable for 45 days after submission.
