The base bid work generally consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision for the installation of 80 feet of precast, reinforced concrete three-sided structure, 14 foot span by 7 foot rise, 65 feet of precast, reinforced concrete three-sided structure, 14 foot span by 6 foot rise, 500 feet of 12-inch storm sewer pipe, erosion control, traffic control, temporary water management facilities at each culvert location, 3,000 yards of excavation, 2,250 square feet of concrete block, MSE retaining wall, 3 concrete inlets, 2 Contech Stormfilter catch basins, 1 Contech Stormfilter manhole, backfill, planting and seeding, streambank enhancement, surface restoration, and miscellaneous work as required by the contract. An additive alternate bid consists the installation of a single culvert at Ichabod Street. The alternate bid work generally consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision for the installation of 40 feet of precast, reinforced concrete three-sided structure, 14 foot span by 6 foot rise, 35 feet of 12-inch storm sewer pipe, erosion control, traffic control, temporary water management facilities at culvert location, 845 yards of excavation, 640 square feet of concrete block, MSE retaining wall, 1 concrete inlets, 1 Contech Stormfilter catch basin, backfill, planting and seeding, streambank enhancement, surface restoration, and miscellaneous work as required by the contract.
