This project consists of all work associated with the lump sum and unit price bid for purchase and installation of 3,396 linear feet of 30-inch sanitary sewer pipe, nine 6-foot diameter manholes, one 12-foot diameter FRP manhole, concrete diversion structure with two 316 stainless steel gates, and a 20 foot wide access road to the diversion structure. Project shall include all necessary labor, materials, and testing in accordance with the plans and specifications. Once the project is complete, a one (1) year maintenance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price shall also be furnished. All bonds must be issued by a surety company approved in writing by the City, holding a permit from the State of Texas to act as a surety, or other sureties acceptable to the City. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and responses and to waive any informality in bids and responses received, as deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
