This project consists of all work associated with the unit price bid for the extension of Progress Drive and Tortilla Way. The construction project includes improvements such as grading, paving, storm drain, inlets, box culvert, headwalls, water and wastewater lines, pavement markings, and signing. The project shall include all necessary labor, materials, and testing in accordance with the plans and specifications. Bidders must provide all required information, submit a bid security of not less than five percent of the total maximum bid price, and agree to furnish performance, labor and material payment, and one-year maintenance bonds as specified. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bids received. Plans and specifications are available at www.CivCastUSA.com, and registration is required to view/download materials. All questions must be submitted in writing. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is strongly recommended for bidders as it may be the only opportunity to review the scope of work with the City.
