The project consists of constructing 800 linear feet of new 12-foot-wide separated asphalt multi-use trail with 2-foot gravel shoulders adjacent to SE Redmond-Fall City Road (SR 202). The work includes site demolitions and grading, asphalt paving, concrete sidewalk with curb ramps, storm drainage improvements, reconstruction of street crossing and residential driveway pavements, signing and pavement markings, tree removal and replacements, existing utility adjustments, landscape planting, fencing, pedestrian scale lighting at trailhead plaza, construction of a monument sign, and other related work, all in accordance with the contract plans, contract provisions, and standard specifications. Bidders are instructed to access project bid documents through the provided online plan room, register for notifications of addenda, and submit sealed hard copy bid proposals in-person at the designated location within the specified time window. All bid proposals must be submitted on the provided forms and be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit equal to five percent of the bid proposal amount. Payment and performance bonds for the awarded contract are required. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive irregularities, and make the award deemed in the best interest of the District.
