Site work for a mixed-use development in Elbert, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The work includes site preparation, wet utility installation, detention pond installations, curb, gutter and sidewalk installation, and asphalt installation. Bids must be submitted only by qualified contractors on the District's Bid Form, and will be reviewed based on all Bid Schedules according to criteria in the District's best interest. Bids must be emailed to the Project Consultant by the specified deadline, and a bid bond equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid amount is required. The successful bidder must furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Material and Labor Payment Bond, and provide proof of Workman's Compensation and Liability Insurance naming the District as an additional insured. Retainage will be withheld. Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference to receive a meeting invite by contacting the Project Consultant. No bids may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the submission date.
