**As of July 3, 2025, the project was awarded to Integrated Wall Solutions, with an awarded amount of $140,097.88.** El Paso County is soliciting responses from qualified, experienced, professional Contractors to furnish all materials and labor as necessary for the Construction of the Woodlake Trail Improvement Project. It is expected that the Contractor and their team members have significant experience with this type of project. It is expected that the individuals overseeing and managing this project are qualified professionals. The successful Contractor shall be considered and shall remain an independent contractor throughout the term of any contract awarded pursuant to this Solicitation. The successful Contractor shall be solely responsible for scheduling and coordinating work of the subcontractors, suppliers, and other individuals or entities performing or furnishing any of the work under direct or indirect contract with the successful Contractor. The successful Contractor shall provide and assume full responsibility for all services, materials, equipment, labor, transportation, construction equipment and machinery, tools, appliances, fuel, temporary facilities, and all other facilities and incidentals necessary for performance, testing, start up, and completion of the services outlined in this Solicitation. The Contractor for this project is required to have a minimum of 5 (five) years' experience and provided details of three similar projects completed. The project is located at Woodlake Trailhead 13998 Woodlake Road, Elbert, CO 80106. The project includes improving existing trails that were damaged from rain and flooding in 2023. Since this time, the trails have been graded to make them accessible to the public, but they have not been repaired. The project aims to fix existing trails to restore their surface, improve drainage culverts, and fix erosion along the trail corridor.
