Separate sealed bids will be received for Bonne Ecole Elementary, Roofing Replacement - Phase I, STPSB Project No. 1914. Complete bidding documents may be obtained from the Architect or downloaded electronically, with printing costs as the responsibility of the bidder. All bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates, in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance and payment bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount. Bidders must meet the requirements of the State of Louisiana Contractor's Licensing Law. Preference may be given to materials, supplies, and provisions produced, manufactured, or grown in Louisiana. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bidders are strongly urged to attend a pre-bid conference at the project site. Bidders have the option to submit bids electronically.
