Sealed Bid Proposals will be received for construction of the Tom Bevill Hall Flat Roof Replacement, UA Project #249-24-3800. General Contractors and Prime Roofing Contractors are required to prequalify prior to bidding or performing work. A mandatory pre-bid conference for General Contractors will be held at the Conference Room of the Procurement Services Annex and continue on to the job site. Preliminary Drawings and Specifications are open to public inspection and will be available for examination only. Final plans, specifications, and contract documents will be available for printing and/or examination. For information on obtaining plans, specifications, and contract documents refer to UAbidinfo.ua.edu or contact the designated representative. Pre-qualification requirements: General Contractors and Prime Roofing Contractors are required to prequalify prior to bidding or performing work. Prequalification submissions must be received by the specified deadline. The current University Master List is only applicable to General Contractors and UA no longer maintains a Subcontractor Master List. QA date :- 03/10/2026 at 12PM Deadline for substitutions is Tuesday, March 10, 2026 @ 12 Noon
