The City of Tuscaloosa seeks the services of a certified lead assessment firm with the knowledge, experience, and expertise to perform home repairs and renovations as requested. The firm must be able to provide repairs on an as needed, as requested basis. Services include, but are not limited to, structural, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other repairs/renovations. The firm must comply with all applicable state, local, and federal regulations related to the services provided. The City reserves the right to expand or limit the scope of services as needed, subject to negotiation and agreement in writing with the selected firm. Proposals must be submitted electronically in .pdf format to the City of Tuscaloosa Office of Community and Neighborhood Services, including the firm name and Safe State Individual Lead Accreditation #, and confirmation of receipt is the responsibility of the respondent. Late proposals will not be accepted or reviewed. Work Specifications and Cost Estimates.
