Furnishing of materials, labor, and equipment for the construction of FY 2026 Street Improvements, Project No. ST-3400-09. Approximate quantities include 16,000 TN S9.5 Asphalt Surface Course, 138,000 SY Asphalt Milling - Various Depths, and 129 ADA Curb Ramps. Includes adjustment of manholes and water valves, pavement markings, curbing, ramps, saw cutting of inductive loops, and all other associated work. Quantities include the base bid and alternatives. Bidders must be licensed for the specified type of contracting in North Carolina, include a non-collusive affidavit, comply with Article 2 of Chapter 64 of the North Carolina General Statutes for Verification of Work Authorization, and provide required documentation. Each proposal must include a bid deposit of not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount. The Town of Cary reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
