The project consists of roof replacements at two buildings, structural repairs at five buildings, mechanical improvements, plumbing improvements, and hazardous materials abatement. Scope of work by building includes: 1. Building 1: Re-roofing, concrete inspection and sounding at roof structures, removal of potential falling object hazards (concrete/masonry), concrete repairs at roof drains, WKKL antenna removal/reinstallation, removal and reinstallation of piping and conduit for existing RTUs, replacement of roof drains, hazardous materials abatement, and an alternate for upper sloped roof re-roofing. 2. Building 3: Re-roofing, concrete inspection and sounding at roof structures, concrete repairs at roof drains, removal of potential falling object hazards (concrete/masonry), installation of fixed ladders and non-penetrating roof guard system, installation of personal fall arrest system, replacement and installation of roof drains and overflow drains, hazardous materials abatement, alternates for cored holes at terrace parapet walls, intermediate sloped, and upper sloped roof re-roofings. 3. Buildings 4 & 5: Concrete repairs, removal of potential falling object hazards (concrete/masonry), hazardous materials abatement. 4. Building 11: Removal and replacement of the first-floor elevated concrete slab, sounding and repairs to slab-on-grade, trenching for new floor drains, installation of new floor drains and tight tank. Bidders must submit all requests for information online by the specified deadlines. All bids must be submitted electronically. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) for General Building Construction and provide the required eligibility and update statement. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 02/20/2026 at 2:00PM EST
