Renovation of a municipal facility in Manchester, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Sealed bid proposals are requested for the 2026 Justice Center HVAC Rooftop Units Replacement, which includes the replacement of one 50-ton unit and one 27.5-ton unit. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "2026 JUSTICE CENTER HVAC ROOFTOP UNITS REPLACEMENT." The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities in bidding, negotiate for more favorable or additional terms or prices, and accept the bid most advantageous to the City. Plans and specifications can be obtained from Drexel Technologies or the City of Manchester's website. A nonrefundable fee applies for obtaining the plans and specifications. Affidavit to be furnished.
