Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Lagrange Hlds, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Sealed bids are requested for the 2026 Chiller Replacement at Highlands Elementary School, Project No. 25150. A performance and payment bond covering the full contract amount is required. A bid security of 10% must accompany the proposal. The contractor must pay prevailing wage rates as mandated by Illinois law and comply with all related requirements, including wage, notice, and record-keeping duties. All contractors and subcontractors must have a written sexual harassment policy in full compliance with Section 2-105 of the Illinois Human Rights Act. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, or accept the bid deemed in the district's best interest, and may set aside bids from contractors lacking experience equal to the project’s size and scope.
