Stony Brook University Hospital proposes purchasing Armstrong Woodworks Ceiling Materials and related items or approved equivalent, as determined by the hospital. Vendors who believe they can provide these products or an approved equivalent are invited to obtain a copy of the specifications. Equivalency must be demonstrated by providing clinical and/or operational documentation supporting the equivalency of the proposed system or device. A sealed bid will not be held. The procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, also known as the Lobbying Law. Vendors may only contact the listed individual. The successful contractor must submit valid and current NYS Workman’s Compensation and Disability Forms and complete and submit documents related to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k and Public Officers Law. Proposals must be received by 5:00pm ET on the due date listed.
