Provide inspections and testing for fire protection systems at U.S. Coast Guard Base New Orleans in full compliance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards and the requirements detailed in the performance work statement. Prior to submitting a quote, vendors must review the performance work statement and are strongly encouraged to conduct a site visit to assess field conditions, measurements, and all existing systems that will be inspected or tested. The work will be performed under a firm-fixed-price purchase order and includes one base year of service with four additional one-year option periods. Contractor quotes must include total pricing for the base period and all option years, and all work performed must meet the specifications, frequency requirements, and reporting standards outlined by the Coast Guard. Participation is restricted to small businesses, and all contractors must be actively registered in SAM.gov prior to award.
