The New Orleans Aviation Board is seeking qualifications from individuals, firms, and teams of firms to provide on-call architectural and engineering services for new construction, demolition, and renovation projects across various programs, departments, and locations. This includes, but is not limited to, projects such as an airfield lighting vault regulator upgrade, runway and taxiway enhancements, interior renovations, and potential redevelopment of South Campus Facilities at the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport. Respondents must demonstrate experience and capabilities in accordance with the required scope of services, including licensure in Louisiana, relevant airport and terminal experience at medium and large hub airports totaling over $100 million in construction within the past five years (with key staff still at the firm), proficiency in Building Information Modeling, program management, various delivery methods, and document management, as well as sufficient staffing and resources to handle fluctuating contract needs. Respondents must also complete contract participation forms and provide recent project references as part of their submittal.
