Construction ofAK Warren Resource Facility Administration Building Women's Restroom Addition The work consists of constructing a prefabricated restroom building adjacent to the existing Administration Building. The proposed building will include a women's restroom with two stalls and two sinks, an ADA-compliant stall, a shower stall, lockers, and an attached unisex restroom and utility chase. The work will involve site preparation, connection to existing utilities such as water, sewer, and electrical systems, and the installation of covered walkways and accessible pathways. In addition, the project will include electrical setup to accommodate a future badge access connection, and all appurtenant work.All bids must be fully transmitted by the date and time specified .
