Renovation of a mixed-use development in Orem, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Question Submission Close Date 2/17/2026 7:00 AM MST The project consists of the removal of some of the existing interior walls, finishes, and building out new offices, new finishes, and a modification to the existing mechanical and electrical systems. Utah Valley University is requesting bids for the construction project which includes these components to be completed by a qualified general contractor. All bidders interested in responding must have at least one representative attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting (walkthrough). Bidders must register for this meeting in advance and attendance is required to participate in the Invitation for Bid process. Bids must be submitted in the specified system by the stated closing date and time to be considered. The project is an interior remodel of Office 102 of the DX Building at 1557 W 1000 S Orem. Addendum #1 has been issued as of 2-24-2026.
