The Central Utah Water Conservancy District is soliciting technical proposals from engineering firms to provide expertise and professional engineering services for the CUWCD Treatment Plants HVAC Evaluation. The District owns and operates three water treatment plants, each with various HVAC systems of different vintages. The goal is to evaluate the condition and performance of the individual HVAC units, systems, and controls, and to develop HVAC improvement and master plans for each plant. Services required include system evaluation and condition assessment, preliminary and final engineering design, and services during construction for the proposed project. Proposals are to be submitted to the Owner by the specified deadline. A mandatory pre-proposal information meeting must be attended by any firm wishing to submit a proposal, and only those who attend this meeting will be permitted to submit. A District selection committee will review the proposals and select the most qualified firm for the project.
