This work shall include weekly, bi- monthly and monthly mowing areas, horticultural maintenance, and miscellaneous work items. These services will be required between April 1 and October 31, for a total of seven months. The term of contract shall be for one year, with the ability to extend the contract for three (3) additional one-year periods, based on adequate performance and a negotiated cost escalator. General Requirements - Insurance Required The Village of Addison reserves the right to waive all technicalities, and to accept and or reject part(s) of any or all bids which it deems advantageous.
