Site work and new construction of an industrial development in Hillsborough, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the construction of a industrial development.
Bids are requested for the construction of Somerset County Street Sweepings Buildings at 360 Roycefield Road, Hillsborough, New Jersey, under Contract No. 25020. Bids must be delivered in sealed envelopes addressed to the County Administration, clearly marked with the contract name and number, and include the name and address of the bidder. Prospective bidders can obtain specifications and plans/drawings by contacting the Purchasing Division. A form of identification and company information is required for release of plans/drawings. Hard copies may be requested for a non-refundable fee. A pre-bid conference will be held at the project site. Bidders are to submit a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond amounting to ten percent of the total bid (not exceeding $20,000), along with a Consent of Surety with Power of Attorney for the full amount from an authorized Surety Company. The successful bidder must provide a Performance and Payment Bond for 100% of the contract amount. All bid addenda will be posted on the County website, and it is the responsibility of bidders to stay informed. Bidders must comply with all applicable legal requirements.
