UPDATE 2 3/4/26 In accordance with the previous update, 2 new attachments are added to this SIR. A revised SOW and a Question and Answer sheet. The Statement of Work has been revised and the new revised SOW overides the previous SOW. (SOW) AC-26-00473 DEN ASDE Tower Paint The scope of work includes the preparation, lead abatement, paint removal, and repainting of the ASDE tower and shelters at the Denver International Airport (DEN) in Denver, CO in accordance with the Statement of Work. Bidders must submit a completed SIR document with all pricing in Section B and representations and certifications in Section K. A completed Organizational Experience Questionnaire (OEQ) should demonstrate relevant experience in communication tower refurbishment or painting within the last five years for projects valued at or over $100,000, including customer POC information. Proof of current QP-2 Contractor certification from the Society for Protective Coatings (SSPC) is required, as well as a fully executed SF-24 Bid Bond form. Proposals taking exception to the terms and conditions, or not inclusive of all FFP pricing, will be ineligible for award. This solicitation is set aside for Small Businesses.
