Reference Number 0000411784 The Cherry Creek North Business Improvement District (CCN BID) is seeking proposals from qualified, reliable vendors to provide daily cleaning or porter services for the Public Right of Way. These services will start on May 1, 2026, and end on April 30, 2028. The Cherry Creek North BID is offering a 2-year contract. Continuation of the contract beyond the initial period is a prerogative of the CCN BID and not a right of the vendor(s). Renewals will be made only when such continuation is clearly in the best interest of the CCN BID. Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Insurance Required - Local Service Required The Contractor will be responsible for maintaining the Public Right of Way throughout the CCN BID by collecting ground trash, emptying and monitoring trash receptacles, removing stickers and graffiti, regularly power washing hardscapes to remove any stains, spills or debris, regularly cleaning CCN BID outdoor furniture, monitoring overall District conditions, reporting concerns or issues to BID staff, restocking pet waste dispensers, leaf cleanup and snow and ice mitigation. Cleaning is defined as the surfaces being clean of all foreign materials and the original surface material shows no sign of residue, trash, or other materials. The Contractor will be responsible for providing all the necessary equipment needed to perform these services.
