The project is expected to be awarded in 2-3 weeks.** Base Bid: Demolition of minor items including aggregate drive, trees, stumps, existing drainage pipe, etc. and the construction/installation of a 4-ballfield complex including required erosion controls, earthen cut/fill, subsurface drainage, brick backstop walls, tension backstop netting systems, turf curbs, dugouts, bleacher canopies, vinyl coated chain link fence and gates, synthetic turf infield and play area systems, field amenities, ballfield lighting, scoreboards, site utilities/extensions, concrete walks, topsoil placement, site grading, edge sodding, sodding, outfield sprigging and irrigation, hydroseeding, etc. Alternate No. 1: Deletion of synthetic turf play area in common area between ballfields and construction/installation of concessions/restrooms complete including foundation, building, utility connections, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting, downspout subsurface drainage and connections, perimeter concrete walk, HVAC chain link fence and gate and wastewater treatment plant system with utility extensions/connections and perimeter fence and gates. Alternate No. 2: Installation of aluminum angle frame bleacher assemblies (two assemblies per field, 8 total).
