As of March 23, 2026 Project has not been awarded. No definite date for award Design/Build Criteria Fuel Farm Jet-A Tank Replacement and Fuel Storage Facility Rehabilitation. The Design/Build Criteria Plans and Specifications for the project may be obtained from the offices of AVCON, INC. Digital copies are available at no charge; hard copies will not be provided. Criteria Plans and Specifications will be available after 8:00 AM on Wednesday, February 4, 2026. To be apprised of changes to project requirements and receive all Addenda, bidders must register with AVCON and be on the Plan Holders' List to bid the project. Question Deadline 03/03/2026 Bidders shall, upon discovery of any conflict, ambiguity, error or omission in the Bid Documents, the Project site or any other general, local or prevailing conditions, make a written request for interpretation or clarification to the Authority's Representative. Such written requests shall be in writing to the attention of Sue Finney, email: sfinney@avconinc.com at least seven (7) days prior to the Proposal submittal date:
