Demolition, site work and new construction of a service station / car wash facility in Port Allen, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a service station / car wash facility.
The cost estimate for this project is $600,000 to $750,000. Base Bid – New Fuel System Station for Off-Road Diesel and Regular Unleaded Gasoline for the West Baton Rouge DPW including concrete road and base, dual fuel tank and foundation, fill pumps and piping, dual dispensers, card readers, removal and disposal of existing fuel tanks, card readers, dispensers, computer software/hardware, and associated appurtenances. Bidders must address their sealed bids to the West Baton Rouge Parish Government. Bidders must be licensed under LA R.S. 37:2150-2164 and show their license number on the bid and sealed envelope. Each bid must include security in the amount of at least five percent (5%) of the total bid price, using the specified form and subject to the provided conditions. Only sureties acceptable on the U.S. Department of Treasury Circular 570 may be used for bonds. No bid may be withdrawn within forty-five (45) days after the bid opening. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
