The College of Central Florida is seeking Requests for Qualifications from qualified prime contractors, trade contractors, and Construction Managers at Risk who are interested in being included on a pre-qualified contractor list for construction, renovation, repair, and site-related projects. Additionally, architectural firms interested in providing continuing professional architectural services in accordance with the Consultants' Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA) and Florida Statutes 287.055 are invited to submit their qualifications. Statements of Qualifications must be delivered electronically to the specified email address. College Road, Ocala, Florida 34474. The services shall include, but not be limited to, architectural and engineering design and educational specifications.
