The contractor will provide labor, equipment, and materials required for the dumpster collection services for all HPHA dumpsters. There are currently twenty-seven (27) front-load eight (8) cubic yard trash containers, one (1) front-load four (4) cubic yard trash container without casters, and twelve (12) front-load four (4) cubic yard trash containers with casters. All dumpsters are owned by HPHA, with lids included for the eight-yard containers and the single four-yard container. The dumpsters are distributed throughout all HPHA communities. Bidders must submit sealed proposals clearly marked with the project name. The required documents to be included with the bid are: E-Verify Affidavit, Personnel Certification, Section 3 and MWBE Certifications, Non-collusive Affidavit, Executive Order No. 11246 Compliance Report, References/Experience, Estimated Project Work Force – Prime/Subcontractor, Responder's Statement (Attachment A), Profile of Firm (Attachment B), Cost Proposal (Attachment C), other requested information on the Proposal Evaluation Criteria Form (Attachment D), Financial Statement or Audit, and Certifications and Representations of Offerors Non-Construction Contract (form HUD-5369-C). All required paperwork must be submitted. Participation from minority owned, women owned, and Section 3 businesses is encouraged. The right to reject any or all bids and to waive minor informalities is reserved.
