Pool maintenance services are required for the Special Forces Underwater Operations School's 660,000-gallon horizontal training tank on Fleming Key in Key West, Florida. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, equipment, and materials to perform the services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and the established performance schedule. The requirement will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price purchase order under FAR Part 12 and is set aside 100 percent for small business, with a base period from March 25, 2026, through March 24, 2027, and four option periods. Questions must be submitted in writing to the listed points of contact by the stated deadlines, and the solicitation has been amended to include vendor questions and answers. Period of Performance From 25 Mar 2026 To 24 Mar 2027 Questions and Submission Information: All questions regarding this notice must be submitted in writing to the Points of Contact (POCs) listed below by 09 March 2026 at 3:00 PM EST and answers will be posted by 11 March 2026 at 3:00 PM EST.
