Site work for a service station / car wash facility in Roseburg, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a service station / car wash facility.
Remove existing underground fuel storage tanks and replace them with new above-ground fuel tanks at an active VA medical facility. Work includes all labor, materials, equipment, excavation, demolition, removal, disposal, installation, testing, and commissioning necessary to safely decommission underground fuel tanks and construct compliant above-ground fuel storage systems. Construction shall be performed under a firm-fixed-price contract, in accordance with the approved plans, specifications, applicable codes, environmental and safety requirements, and Davis-Bacon Act wage determinations. The project is intended to modernize fuel infrastructure while maintaining facility operations and meeting all regulatory and VA standards. Location: VA Medical Center, 913 NW Garden Valley Blvd, Roseburg, OR 97471. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
