Site work for a communication facility in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a communication facility.

Furnish all material, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary or incidental to the CenterPoint Energy Underground Duct Bank Installation: North Bridgeland Lake Parkway Along Grand Parkway (West of SH-99). The scope of work includes approximately 1 large manhole, 580 linear feet of (8) 4-inch PVC duct bank, 780 linear feet of (16) 4-inch PVC duct bank, 140 linear feet of 30-inch steel encasement, and 1,220 linear feet of concrete encasement. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond, a payment bond, and a maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Question Deadline 02/24/2026 at 12:00 PM CT: All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to Engineer. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda posted online
