Reference Number 0000412101 Colorado Mountain College's Central Services located is seeking a qualified consultant to develop a comprehensive 10-Year Housing Master Plan. This plan will serve as a strategic roadmap for the development of housing projects specifically designed to support the recruitment, retention, and success of our students, faculty and staff across our multi-campus district. The primary objective of the Housing Master Plan is to ensure that the lack of affordable inventory in our mountain communities does not serve as a barrier to institutional excellence. We achieve this through aligned action and a rapid response to the current housing challenges. The plan should provide goals, guiding principles, priority projects, potentials for partnerships and funding and the ability to measure progress.
