The project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete in-place, of approximately: 18,000 linear feet remove and replace concrete curb and gutter; 93,000 square yards bituminous pavement milling (variable depth); 7,200 tons Type SP 9.5 Wearing Course Mix (3,B); 1,000 tons Type SP 9.5 Wearing Course Mix (3,C); 1,500 tons Type SP 12.5 Non Wear Course Mix (3,C); 4,100 linear feet 12" - 30" RCP storm sewer; 200 linear feet 48" - 72" storm sewer drainage structures; 1,500 linear feet clean storm sewer pipe; 1,750 linear feet lining 12" - 27" storm sewer pipe; and 50 each remove and replace hydrant. Bids must be submitted on the provided Proposal Forms in accordance with the Contract Documents, Plans, and Specifications as prepared for the City of Lakeville. Only registered planholders may bid, and bids must be submitted electronically using BidVAULT. No hard copy bids will be accepted. Bidders are responsible for downloading and including all addendums. A $25 submission fee (plus convenience fee) applies. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond for 5% of the amount bid. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and no bids may be withdrawn for 60 days after opening. Only responsible contractors as defined in Minn. Stat. 16C.285, subd. 3 are eligible to be awarded the contract, and appropriate compliance verifications must be submitted. QA date - 2-18-2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
