Work items may be generally described as construction of two cast-in-place concrete slab span bridges, approaches, concrete rip-rap, channel excavation and grading, rehabilitation of roadway approaches and airport entry roads with hot-mix asphalt pavement, flexible base, subgrade preparation, grading, and driveway construction. The project also includes the construction of three security gates with new hydraulic operators, sanitary sewer main, manholes, water main stub-out, lighting and electrical improvements, fencing, signage, pavement markings, and erosion control. Work will also include other miscellaneous materials, equipment, machinery, superintendence, and labor for constructing these improvements for MDD, Midland, Texas. Question Deadline 03/20/2026 at 5:00 PM CT Engineer shall receive requests for clarifications to Specifications and Plans at least 3 days prior to the date for receipt of bids.
