Site work and new construction of a civil project in Lafayette, Indiana. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project.
Installation of permanent components for two new groundwater wells in the Glick Well Field, including column pipes, pumps, motors, elevated well platforms, vaults, water sample stations, raw water piping, valves, meters, electrical, fiber optic, instrumentation and control, and other appurtenances. Work shall be constructed under a Lump Sum Contract. The Work shall include: Installation of permanent components for two (2) new groundwater wells in the OWNER's Glick Well Field including column pipes, pumps, motors, elevated well platforms, vaults, water sample stations, raw water piping, valves, meters, electrical, fiber optic, instrumentation and control, and other appurtenances, herein referred to as the Project. Bids must be executed on a State Board of Accounts Form 96 (Revised 2013) and include the Contractor's Bid Attachment, a completed and signed Financial Statement, and a bid security (certified check or acceptable Bidder's bond) of not less than 5% of the total bid price. Contractors must comply with Indiana statutes for public works, including qualifications and certifications, E-Verify program enrollment, Indiana Iran Investment Certification, and submission of an Employee Drug Testing Plan and Drug Testing Plan Certification with the bid. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any and all bids or accept the lowest most responsible and responsive bid.
