The project consists of recoating the tracks and adjacent field game surfaces, including repairing and recoating the asphalt subbase, then recoating the asphalt with a rubber track surface system and striping at two middle schools. At Harrison, the tennis courts will have their cracks repaired and the entire court will be refinished with a new finish coating system. All work must comply with the Bidding Documents, including the Specifications and Construction Drawings. It is the intention of the Owner that construction of this project will start onWednesday, May 27th, 2026. All work shall be completed by Friday, July 31st, 2026. This project involves removing the existing rubber surface from the track and field areas of two middle schools, milling down the asphalt repairing the cracks then finishing the asphalt and applying a new rubber surface. This is at Wea Ridge Middle (4410 South CR 150 East, Lafayette, IN) and Battle Ground Middle (6100 North CR 50 West, Lafayette, IN). Then at Harrison High School (5701 North CR 50 West), prep existing tennis courts to have their cracks repaired and courts refinished. Bids must be properly executed on Bid Form 96 (Revised 2013) and include an executed non-collusion affidavit, a bid bond of at least five percent (5%) of the bid, and any other documents required by the Instructions to Bidders.
