Sealed bids are being received for Interior Renovations and Site Improvements to McCutcheon High School under the management of Patterson Horth, Inc. The work will be divided into prime bid packages as follows: General Trades, Sitework, Landscaping, Asphalt, Selective Demolition, Post-Tensioned Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel & Misc Metals, Framing/Drywall/Ceiling, Roofing, Aluminum Storefront & Glazing, Flooring & Tiling, Painting, Casework & Countertops, Fire Suppression, HVAC & Plumbing, and Electrical. Bidders must submit itemized bids, ensure all signatures include the corporate position of the signer, and are required to have visited the project site and reviewed all bid documents. Bids must be executed on State Form 96 and Supplementary Bid Form, accompanied by a Contractor's Financial Statement from the most recent completed year and a bid security in the penal amount of 5% of the total bid price. Instructions specify that bids be submitted in a sealed envelope with the bidder’s name, bid package number, address, and telephone number on the face of the envelope. Bids may be submitted either at the designated location or, if prior to the bid date, to the office of Patterson Horth, Inc.
