Secured electronic bids are requested for the Ferdinand State Forest Culvert Replacement in Dubois County, Indiana. Bids must be submitted by contractors holding a current Certificate of Qualification. Bids must be sent to the Department of Administration, Public Works Division email. The subject line and bid file must be named as specified. Contractors are responsible for checking the Department of Natural Resources Division of Engineering website for additional documents or addenda. The construction period runs through June 30, 2027. The State reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Project goals are 7% MBE, 5% WBE, and 3% IVOSB. Pre-qualification requirements: Bids will be accepted from prime contractors pre-qualified by the Public Works Certification Board in one or more of the following classifications: 1611.02 Asphalt Construction of Roads & Parking Lots, 1622.01 General Contractor – Bridges, Viaducts, Elevated Highways, & Railways, 1741.04 Stone Work, 1771.01 Concrete Construction, 1794.01 Earthmoving & Land Clearing, or 1794.02 Excavation. This project consists of the replacement of four culverts with added scour protection to a fifth culvert along the primary access road at the Ferdinand State Forest, Dubois County.
