The City of Pigeon Forge is receiving bids on Parkway Traffic Signals Replacements for the Public Works Department. Specifications may be examined or digitally downloaded at Cannon & Cannon, Inc., 100125 Investment Drive, Suite 120, Knoxville, TN, or by emailing Wesley Stokes. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at City of Pigeon Forge, 3211 Rena Street. Bids must be received in a sealed envelope with the bidder's name and address on the outside and marked "Bid on Parkway Traffic Signals Replacements." The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to accept the bid most favorable to the City. QA date - 2-23-2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Owner in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Owner/Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than 72 hours prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered
