Sealed bids are invited for the construction of certain public works or furnishing of services related to City of Orange HMGP Contract No. DR-4485 FEMA Project No. 0117-Water Treatment Plant Generators. Work includes various items and quantities for the Link Street Water Plant and Richard Drive Water Plant. Bidders must submit one marked original and three exact duplicates of their complete bid, fully sealed in an envelope, with the proposer's information and project details clearly marked on both the envelope and any courier package used for delivery. Entities submitting bids must not be suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible for federal procurement. Section 3 Residents and Business Concerns, Minority Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises, Women Business Enterprises, and Labor Surplus Area firms are encouraged to participate. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any informality in received bids, and accept the bid most advantageous to the City.
