WORK LOCATION. The work will be performed at the following addresses 1. 2809 Flagler Avenue 2. 3031 Flagler Avenue 3. 2808 Staples Avenue 4. 2832 Staples Avenue 5. 2908 Staples Avenue The project consists of building construction and replacement work necessary to improve the noise insulation of residential properties in Key West, Florida. This Bid Package describes and specifies work which may include but not be limited to hazmat remediation, window replacement, exterior door replacement; removal and infill of through-wall portable air conditioning units, gypsum walls, interior and exterior finishing work, trim and painting; the addition of central ductless or ducted air conditioning systems and associated electrical service and panel modifications. The intent of the contract is to provide for construction and completion, in every detail, of the Work described. It is further intended that the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the Work in accordance with the Plans, Specifications, and terms of the Contract.
