Demolition, site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Leawood, Kansas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field.
The work includes demolition, removal, design, and installation of a splash pad in Leawood’s Aquatic Center located within Leawood City Park at 10601 Lee Boulevard. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes, with a minimum of two printed copies and one digital copy on a USB drive, clearly marked with "DESIGN & INSTALLATION OF SPLASH PAD" and addressed to Marisa Shartzer, City of Leawood, 4800 Town Center Drive, Leawood, Kansas 66211. Proposals received after the designated closing time will be returned unopened. Finalists will be notified if selected to proceed in the process. Questions should be submitted via email to the primary contact.
