The City of Gardner is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the construction of a new outdoor basketball court. The project includes post-tension concrete court installation, installation of outdoor benches and goals, painting of court lines, and the addition of a connecting sidewalk. Interested contractors are encouraged to thoroughly review this document to understand the instructions, procedures, and requirements. Respondents must submit four printed copies and one digital copy (USB flash drive or CD) of the proposal no later than the specified time. Any proposals received after the deadline will be deemed ineligible. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope. All submitted proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud at City Hall, and contractors and interested parties are invited to attend.
