Site work and renovation of a civil project in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Barnard of Nevada is requesting qualifications from interested subcontractors for various scopes of work, including: 66'' MLCP Pipeline Install, Substation Install, Pumping Station Vaults Concrete, Pumping Station and Forebay Structural Concrete, Electrical, Secant Piles, Drilled Soldier Piles, Building Construction (CMU & MEP), Microtunneling, Utility Relocation, Traffic Control, Paving, Rebar, Dewatering, and Welding. The project consists of 10,000 linear feet of 66" diameter water line, a new Pumping Station Facility, and Substation. Qualified Subcontractors will be solicited to provide detailed proposals for their designated scopes of work. The project is subject to SNWA's Project Labor Agreement ("PLA"), prevailing wage/Davis Bacon wage rate requirements, and State of Nevada and Federal bidding requirements. Subcontractors, who will perform at least 1% (approx. $3,000,000) of the estimated value of the work, must be qualified pursuant to NRS 338.16991
