TRINITY RIVER AUTHORITY: ROCRWS Phase 1 Expansion CMAR - PP#2 - Yard Piping, Odor Control, Bioreactor Expansion, ILS Pump addition - Package 2 Includes the balance of Phase 1 work to complete the Expansion to 8.0 MGD. See Contract Documents for specific scope included in this Package. Work of this Project generally includes expansion of the Red Oak Creek Regional Wastewater System from 6.0 MGD to 12.0 MGD. The project will include two Phases, Phase 1 Expansion from 6.0 to 8.0 MGD is needed as the first priority, followed by Phase 2 Expansion from 8.0 to 12.0 MGD. Question Deadline 02/27/2026 at 1:00 PM CT Time is of the essence. Proposer shall include lead times and service access as part of Proposal.
